There are seven most important properties President of the United States must have at a time of war. 1. to be a Statesman of Principles, 2. ability to comprehend a nature of warfare; 3. clear mind to come to conclusions; 4. character to make strategic decisions; 5. rational capacity to grasp dynamics of battle; 6. intelligence to coordinate battle; 7. irreversible will to lead the Nation to defeat enemy.
