"The Will of the Nation is an ability of the Nation to resist enemy at a time of total terrorist warfare, and consists of the following properties: 1. Political Will of the Government to conduct anti-terrorist war; 2. Economic Will of Players on the Market Place to support anti-terrorist war economically; 3. Social Will of the population to keep strong relationship within the Society at a time of battle with Terror; 4. Cultural Will, or rather ideological strength of all members of the Society to stay as ONE cultural Entity for "worse or better" in battle with Terror. FBI boosts training in Islamic 'sensitivity'
The FBI believes its agents still aren't sensitive enough to Muslims and their culture, so the bureau has extended by "a few weeks" its Islamic cultural "enrichment" training program.
