"The massacre at Virginia Tech last year occurred on a campus that already maintained a strict ban on guns. In fact, it was part of a state university system that had only recently banned all guns on campuses – even for those with carry permits. So my question is: Besides the current permanent, no-exceptions ban on all civilian firearms on campus, what exactly do these protesters have in mind?"

I'm starting to wonder: What exactly are they teaching students at Virginia Tech? This question came to me as I was reading about a protest planned on campus for April 16, the one-year anniversary of the massacre by a crazed gunman of 32 people. What is the protest about? It is to demand stricter gun control.
