I think one should appreciate these rare words of honesty. Although, even Bill Clinton is not qualified to conduct global battle with Terror. Neither of them got necessary Properties of the Commander-in-Chief

There is no doubt a day will come and  this president [Bush] step down. However, the day Barack Obama elected president, the entire world of Islamic terrorists will breath a sigh of relief.
