Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, David Souter and Stephen Breyer flat-out sided with the enemy – with people who have done everything they possibly could to express their desire to destroy as many Americans as possible.

I don't really expect to persuade any of the five Supreme Court justices who ruled last week that enemy combatants captured on the battlefield and held at Guantanamo Bay deserve civil trials in the U.S.
