On a grass roots level the Republican Party needs to be transformed from just an Instrument to be utilized for specific elections into an Ideological Leader of local communities combining conservative political, economic, social and cultural views with absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics, or rather the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution and eventually being able to win any election: local, State and Federal.
In order for the GOP to become the Ideological Leader, it needs an Ideological Force of professionally trained Public Instructors (Ideological Warriors - a minimum 1-3 for each municipality - in battle with ideological enemies of the Nation and their collaborators - Democrats).
The Ideological Force will be incessantly interacting with general population, and it needs superior Ideological Instruments: Education, PR and "useful Arts" utilized by the GOP's Public Instructors to convey a GOP's message reflecting the political, economic, social and cultural values mentioned above.
My firm believe is that the Republican Party MUST have a School for Public Instructors forming GOP's Ideological Force working in and with local communities. Otherwise, the GOP will be spinning a wheel and continue loosing its influence in hearts and minds of the American people. (
