Cheerleader and change agent for America

"She [Hillary Clinton] has spent a lifetime as a change agent when she had options to do other things." - Bill Clinton

"He [Bill Clinton] emphatically said he had opposed the Iraq war from the beginning -- a statement that was quickly called into question. Bush administration aides who had privately briefed Clinton before the invasion in March 2003 reportedly took issue with his comments, saying he had expressed no objections at the time." -  Hillary Clinton, according to Bill

Bill Clinton, according to Hillary: "I can't think of a better cheerleader for America than Bill Clinton. Can you? He has said he would do anything I asked him to do. I would put him to work. I'm very lucky that my husband has been so experienced in all of these areas. That's precisely what America needs in the wake of a war in Iraq that has left America isolated and hated throughout much of the world. I believe in using former presidents, particularly what my husband has done, to really get people around the world feeling better about our country. We're going to need that. Right now they're rooting against us and they need to root for us."

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:
I begin to wander about the sanity of the Nation that thinks Bill Clinton is the  best cheerleader "America needs". Just imagine Bill Clinton using organized routines made up of elements from gymnastics, dance, or stunting/action, turning all that into "useful" Performing Arts and performing around the world. Don't forget that Bill Clinton may also play a saxophone in order to cheer Islamic jihadists, and make them "feeling better about our country" and not "rooting against us."

Finance of Terrorism

"There are many similarities between money laundering for criminal purposes and money laundering for the finance of terrorism. For instance, both criminal and terrorist elements will use mechanisms to include money exchange firms, front companies, shell companies, cash shipments, hawalas, commercial banks and criminal activities."

Perspectives on Criminal and Terrorist Money Laundering

By Dennis Lormel

When developing, implementing or modifying Anti-Money Laundering (AML) strategies, it is important to understand who and what you are dealing with. Who is the enemy and what is the threat they pose? In the post 9/11 world, this is an increasingly vexing question. With that context in mind, the enemy can be characterized in two broad categories, criminals and terrorists. Criminals are motivated by greed, in the form of profit and/or power, and represent a threat to the economy. Terrorists are motivated by ideology and present a threat to National Security. Continued...

Operational Art of Islamic Jihadists

Trojan Horse story:
"A great image of a horse. They built it of wood fitted and curved, and curved with a door so cunningly concealed that non might notice it. When it was finished the horse looked like a prodigious idol, but it was hollow skillfully pierced here and there."

The ancient Trojan Horse

The common English expression “beware of Greeks bearing gifts” - do not trust enemies who bring you presents—they could very well be playing a trick - is derived from Virgil's Aeneid. Although many people think that the story of the Trojan horse comes from Homer, his Iliad ends before Odysseus comes up with the Trojan horse deception.

To deceive a deceiver

Russian military theoretician Alexander Svechin described "useful" Operational Art of modern warfare as the “totality of maneuvers and battles in a given part of theatre military action directed toward the achievement of a common goal, set as final in the given period of the campaign”. According to the Svecin’s description, “totality of maneuvers and battles” in terrorist warfare waged against the United States by Islamic jihadists could be defined as Art of Deception.

Perhaps, the very first example of Art of Deception could be found in Greek mythology presented a story of a gigantic hollow wooden horse used by the Greeks to gain entrance to the city of Troy. After ten years of siege of Troy with endless “maneuvers and battles”, and being unable to capture the city, the Greeks sailed away and left the wooden horse, filled with armed warriors on the shore.

A Greek spy named Sinon, (precursor of contemporary Ideological Collaborators with Enemy) (Read more... ) persuaded the people of Troy to take the wooden horse into the city. He convinced the people of Troy that to accept the wooden horse is the will of gods and by doing so they would make the city of Troy invincible for enemies. The people of Troy believed Sinon. At night he let out of the wooden horse the armed Greeks. They killed the guards, opened the gates to let in the returned main force of Greeks. Troy was captured.

Some sort of deception was always an integral part of a stratagem in all wars throughout the History of Men. However, there is a great deal of difference between a usage of deception in conventional wars and wickedness of Art of Deception employed by Islamic terrorists. One thing is to mislead enemy in order to win battle. Another - to fulfill a dream of eternal bliss by killing civilians. This is what precisely Islamic radicals use Art of Deception for.

Islamic terrorists practice Art of Deception that is totally foreign to Ethics and Esthetics of civilized people. They mastered immoral and ugly Art of Deception by elevating it to an extraordinary level. of every day life. In order to recognize and counteract that phenomena, one must always keep in mind the “common goal, set as final in the given period of the campaign” by Islamic radicals. It is to kill as many American people, as possible, and consequently, brake the will of the Nation to resist Terror.

Terrorists may skillfully mislead you about their original intent, but their “common goal” is always to kill you. They may have a friendly smile on their faces, wearing suicide bomber belts at the same time. They may tell you the truth you also agree with, but the goal is the same. They may join you to fight their rivals, the “common goal” never changes. They may live next door and treat you as the best neighbor and friend, the “final” goal is still to kill you.

Recognition of Art of Deception as the Islamic terrorists' way of life is a vital step toward anti-terrorist ideological awareness of the Nation. It is also necessary for emerging new realistic U.S. Global War on Terror Strategy and consequently, Operational Art capable of thwarting enemy’s Art of Deception by the anti-terrorist “totality of maneuvers and battles” - military, intelligence.

As an integral part of Operational Art of anti-terrorist warfare the United States have to develop anti-terrorist "Trojan Horse". The latter must include a wide variety of superior anti-terrorist Instruments - ideological, economic, and, of course, all sorts of “useful" Performing Arts in battle with Terror. (Read more...)

So, “Beware of Greeks Bearing Gifts”! In particular, "gifts" the Islamic jihadists would not be able to resist! It is a "double pleasure to deceive a deceiver”, after all.

The Roots of Terror

"In 1964, the first PLO Council, consisting of 422 Palestinian representatives handpicked by the KGB, approved the Soviet blueprint for a Palestinian National Charter—a doc-ument drafted in Moscow—and made Ahmad Shukairy, the KGB’s agent of influence, the first PLO chairman."

The Communist Roots of Palestinian Terror
By David Meir-Levi

The following is chapter from David Meir-Levi's new book, History Upside Down: The Roots of Palestinian Fascism and the Myth of Israeli Aggression.

Although many Nazis found new and ideologically welcoming homes in Egypt and Syria after World War II, the Grand Mufti’s Palestinian national movement itself, bereft of its Nazi patron, was an orphan. No sovereign state of any consequence supported it. On the contrary, most of the surrounding Arab states, all of them buoyed by postcolonial nationalism and looking for political stability, perceived the Palestinian cause, especially as embodied in the Muslim Brotherhood, as a threat. Egypt aggressively suppressed the Brotherhood. Saudi and Jordanian royalty watched the growth of radical Islam with suspicion. Syria and Lebanon, trying to move toward more open societies in the pre-Ba’athist era, feared the Brotherhood’s opposition to western-style civil rights and liberties and its fierce condemnation of westernized Arab societies. Continued...

Saudi King Abdullah said...

"If the option of peace fails as a result of Israeli arrogance,
then the only option remaining will be war,
and God alone knows what the region would witness

Saudi King Abdullah said: "In beloved Iraq, blood is being shed among brothers in the shadow of an illegitimate foreign occupation, and ugly sectarianism threatens civil war. Ideological Role Models of Senator Obama

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:

The American people should appreciate that Superman is the Barack Obama's ideological role model. Thank God, it is not  Bogeyman or Binky Brown, for instance. However, can anyone imagine George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Ronald Reagan having a role model from a comic book? Frankly, I cannot.

Useful Art of Fable

I highly recommend to everyone to read the article "BROKEN ON A WHEEL OF LIES" by J. R. Nyquist. It is a good piece of political analysis, and a well written work appropriately using "useful Art" of Fable as weaponry against Ideological Enemies of the Nation and their Ideological Collaborators. - Boris Tiraspolsky, Founding Member of

BROKEN ON A WHEEL OF LIES
by J. R. Nyquist

In the nightmare of the dark
All the dogs of Europe bark,
And the living nations wait,
Each sequestered in its hate…
-W.H. Auden

One of Aesop’s fables describes the U.S. government’s favorite international pastime. It is called “Cherishing a Viper.” The fable is about a hen that finds some eggs belonging to a serpent. She adopted them as her own, keeping them warm until they hatched. A swallow was watching from an open window. “You fool,” chided the swallow. “Why do you rear creatures that, once they grow up, will make you the first victim of their evil-doing?” Aesop doesn’t describe the hen’s reaction to this criticism. More than likely, the hen would express shocked surprise at the meanness and cynicism of the swallow. All of God’s creatures, she would argue, are deserving of assistance. Perhaps, like President Bush, she would build a democracy with her reptilian hatchlings.

Anti-Terrorist Ideological Training

It is self-evident that the existing Rules of Engagement are not valid in battle with Terror. Consequently, becoming a Prisoner of War (POW) cannot be considered, as “the end of the game,“ for anti-terrorist Forces, but the beginning of "face to face" ideological combating enemy.

Anti-Terrorist Ideological Training

The recent hostage crisis of fifteen British marines and sailors in Iran (Read more... ) eloquently demonstrated how little military Forces of Anti-Terrorist Coalition realize a major shift in a paradigm of ideologically charged modern terrorist warfare. British marines and sailors who were trained to fight enemy were turned into ideological collaborators with enemy for achieving enemy’s ideological superiority in battle.

Ideological Enemies of the Nation

A hostage crisis is one out of the most effective Instruments of total terrorist warfare. Therefore, one needs to come to a realization that hostage situations are just another escalated stage of battle with Terror for anti-terrorist Forces, It is a “face to face” ideological combat with ideologically charged enemy, who plays with no rules, no mercy, regardless of how long it may take to finally brake the will of hostages. Then, enemy by using mass media, the Internet, and etc. widely announces own “ideological superiority“ in order to harmfully impact the Will of the Nation to resist.

The factor of ideological superiority is perhaps the most critical conditions for a victory in total terrorist warfare. All Forces of total terrorist warfare have to claim own ideological superiority and prove it in battle. Terrorists need their ideological superiority for having a better leverage to recruit and train more terrorists, engage more ideological collaborators, and attract more financial backers. Anti-terrorist Forces need it for discouraging enemy from the most powerful strategic Instrument of Terror: taken hostages, and eventually win battle.

In order to achieve the ideological superiority, anti-terrorist Forces need to enhance the existing “psychological training” helping to withstand just a temporary pressure, with a special “ideological training” necessary for a long-standing face to face ideological struggle with enemy. Military and civilian anti-terrorist Forces need to be equipped with methods and techniques to strengthen their Will to resist Terror in a situation of a long term hostage crisis being an integral part of unpredictable unfolding of events in battle.

Ideological training is a relatively new area of modern military and civilian education. Notorious pioneers in this area are communists, Nazis, and militaristic Japan regimes. They developed inhuman versions of ideological training known as an “ideological brainwash”, and they widely utilized it at the war time. Although, some anti-fascist and anti-communist ideological training existed in the duration of the World War II and later the Cold War, a new revise and enhanced version of anti-terrorist ideological training is a must for anti-terrorist Forces and civilian populations in current battle with Terror.

There is no secret that Islamic terrorists developed an advanced type of terrorist ideological training based on fundamental Islamic religious concepts of jihad and martyrdom, and they widely utilize these spiritual essentials. Islamic terrorists provide an extremely intense and effective ideological training for their recruiters. They successfully impact minds of millions terrorist collaborators and financial supporters all over the World.

Therefore, the anti-terrorist ideological training must be realized and accepted as an integral part of battle with Terror. It fundamentally differs from all examples of “ideological brainwash” mentioned above. In fact, it represents a set of practical Instruments for a survival of those who resist “ideological brainwash” in face to face ideological combat with terrorists, who are brainwashed to kill us all instantaneously, or intend to use some of us for claiming their ideological superiority, braking the Will of the Nation to resist Terror, and kill us after that.

The recent hostage crisis occurred with fifteen British marines and sailors in Iran pointed out to a necessity of the ideological anti-terrorist training that needs to become a priority for anti-terrorist Forces and civilian populations in the Global War on Terror. Both, military and civilians must be well trained to resist Terror in any form and shape. Otherwise, they could be turned into ideological collaborators with enemy. (Read More...)

There are “naturally born” killers that can commit horrible acts of Terror, but there are no “naturally born” anti-terrorist Ideological Warriors capable of resisting Terror. They have to be trained. Anti-terrorist Ideology and a comprehensive anti-terrorist ideological training for carriers of that Ideology is a new cultural phenomena of the Western Civilization. The latter has to embrace it for a sake of survival in total terrorist warfare declared by Islamic terrorists.

New international anti-terror strategy

“The world needs a strong, multinational, multilingual antiterrorist task force..." - Ronald K. Noble

Strategy for Combating Terrorism

"We are living in an entirely new information environment and are engaged in the first war of the information age. We are fighting our first networked enemy and that enemy has a highly professional and sophisticated propaganda machine that exploits electronic media, most notably the Internet, to disseminate messages globally, to recruit adherents, and to provide pre-recorded videotapes and audiotapes to sympathizers. Al-Qaida and other terrorists' center of gravity lies in the information domain and it is there that we must engage it."

An "All Elements of Power" Strategy for Combating Terrorism
Amb. Dell C. Dailey, Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism
Remarks at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy
Washington, DC
December 12, 2007

Good morning. I would like to thank Mike Jacobsen for the warm introduction and the Washington Institute for inviting me to speak about counterterrorism and the State Department's efforts in the War on Terror.

In today's interconnected world, it is impossible to draw neat, clear lines between security interests, development efforts, and our support for democracy. American diplomacy must integrate and advance all of these goals together. Thus, our strategy to defeat terrorists is multi-structured -- a global campaign to counter violent extremism and disrupt terrorist networks; a series of regional collaborative efforts to deny terrorists safe haven; and numerous bilateral security and development assistance programs designed to build liberal institutions, support law enforcement and the rule of law, address political and economic injustice, and develop military and security capacity.

Our most important task in the war on terrorism is not the "destructive" task of eradicating enemy networks, but the "constructive" task of building legitimacy, good governance, trust, rule of law, and tolerance. Systems that are characterized by an absence of political choice, honest governance, economic opportunities and personal freedoms can create incubators for extremism. Ignoring human development problems is not an option.

It is imperative that we find ways to encourage and nurture democratization in societies where a lack of freedom destroys hope and leaves some feeling they are justified to lash out in rage and frustration at those they have been led to believe are responsible for their plight. Another key objective is galvanizing world-wide public opinion to reject as absolutely unacceptable the murder of innocent people to promote a cause. Continued...

Five "non sequiturs" in one statement

"Non sequitur" is Latin for "it does not follow." To say that an argument is a non sequitur is simply to say that the conclusion does not follow from the premises.

Senator Hillary Clinton

Senator Hillary Clinton said:
"President Bush's troop surge is working -- but that it is still time to bring U.S. troops home from Iraq. "It's working. We're just years too late in our tactics. We can't be fighting the last war. We have to keep preparing to fight the new war. We have to win."

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky
Founding Member of
American Ideological Society

Is it possible to make five "non sequiturs" in one short statement? Senator Clinton made them!

1 "Non sequitur". There is a clear confusion  in understanding of Strategy and Tactics by Hillary Clinton. "Troop surge", as any concentration of military Power is always a part of Strategy. Therefore, if "President Bush's troop surge" is working, it cannot be "too late in tactics", because it is a part of Strategy.

2 "Non sequitur". If "the surge is working", why "We can't be fighting the last war [in Iraq]"?

3 "Non sequitur". Following the above "logic", how in a world "We have to keep preparing to fight the new war", if "We can't be fighting the last war [in Iraq]"?

4 "Non sequitur". The further, the worse: how "We have to win ["new war"]", if "We can't be fighting the last war"?

5. If the "President Bush's troop surge is working", why "that it is still time to bring U.S. troops home from Iraq"? This is "non sequitur", either!

Mirror to observe Fate of the Nation

"Performing Arts in the United States have been developed primarily as different forms of Entertainment with strong influences of European Performing Arts. The latter being torn between socialism and fascism ended up with a denial of any Ideology. As a result, Performing Arts in the United States all together cowardly deserted battle with Terror at the time when the Nation needs to strengthen the Will to resist Terror at most."

Poor “useful’ Performing Arts

Ideological struggle with Islamic jihadists requires a variety of superior U.S. Ideological Instruments: anti-terrorist Education, anti-terrorist PR, or rather U.S. anti-terrorist Propaganda Machine, and anti-terrorist “useful Arts”. (Read more...) One of the most effective superior Ideological Instruments in battle with Terror on the American soil is U.S. National Theater of “useful” Performing Arts. (Read more...)

As any modern theater, U.S. National Theater begins with a literally dramatic work - a play. In order to write a “useful” play one needs just a time and talent. When a play is finished, next step is a production on stage. Needless to say, that neither establishing U.S. National Theater of “useful” Performing Arts, nor a production of a “useful” play possible without financial support.

Theoretically speaking, supporting all “useful Arts” should be an Honorable Responsibility for every Citizen in the Nation. In reality, developing of “useful” Performing Arts, as superior U.S. Ideological Instruments in battle with Terror is endeavor that has no available funds at all. Therefore, one who writes a “useful” literary dramatic work has to face a real trouble of never seeing own play to be performed on a stage.

There is a Federal bureaucratic establishment called “the National Endowment for the Arts” that generously finances all sorts of Entertainment in the United States. However, there are no sources to fund and promote the Progress of “useful Arts”, as the Constitution of the United States identifies and directs in Article 1, Section 8.

On a top of that numerous U.S. corporate and private Foundations financially supporting Performing Arts refuse to deal with neither “useful” Performing Arts”, nor with individuals. According to their own words, Foundations “continue to bring the best of the arts (read: Entertainment-BT) and culture to the American public” by awarding their grants only to “companies and other organizations”.

The above condition is entirely against a historically proven record and common sense. More or less worthwhile literary dramatic works were written by individuals, and never by “companies and other organizations”. One reverently remembers names of such “organizations” as the Globe Theatre, the Theatre du Petit Bourbon, the Moscow Art Theater, the Berliner Ensemble mainly because of their great playwrights - William Shakespeare, Jean-Baptist Moliere, Anton Chechov, Bertolt Brecht.

Another problem is a mind-boggling ideological immaturity of U.S. general population. There is no public “demand” for dramatic works of “useful Arts”, and consequently, no “supply” of available stages they could be performed on. It is sad, but true. Ideological infantilism of the Nation kills so much needed “useful“ Performing Arts in their womb.

Thus, stage works concerned with Fate of the Nation, development of the National Character, Historic Mission of the Nation do not exist in the United States, at all. Needless to stress that “useful” Performing Arts are a must collective Ideological Instrument for sustaining the Will of the Nation to resist enemy in battle with Terror on the American soil.

The Nation must have a Stage to perform works representing shared Ideological beliefs. People that are not bound by the same Ideology - universal Principles of moral conduct and ability to distinguish Beauty from ugliness - have neither common Historic roots, nor common Cultural values, and they never stay united at a time of “crises of human affairs“.

Ironically, all Performing Arts in the United States have been developed primarily as different forms of Entertainment with strong influences of European Performing Arts. The latter being torn between socialism and fascism ended up with a denial of any Ideology. As a result, Performing Arts in the United States all together cowardly deserted battle with Terror at the time when the Nation needs to strengthen the Will to resist Terror at most.

Reality of the current uncompromising War of Ideas comes to the last truth: there are no superior U.S. Ideological Instruments: anti-terrorist Education, U.S. anti-terrorist Propaganda Machine, U.S. National

Theater of “useful” Performing Arts, there is no Future for the Nation. The Nation does need National Stage dedicated to “useful” Performing Arts. And it needs the Stage now! “Useful” Performing Arts will keep best achievements in Entertainment, absorb all rich World Theater traditions and merge with Ideology of Anti-Terrorism so much needed to maintain the Will of the Nation to resist Terror.

The “useful” National Stage, or rather U.S. National Theater of “useful” Performing Arts will become a superior Ideological Instrument in battle with Terror: mirror in which the Nation could observe own Fate and mechanism to prepare the Nation for challenges of own Historical Destiny at a time of War.

Terrorist Economic Weaponry

 Example of Terrorist Economic Weaponry:

Total economic damage of 9/11 terrorist acts was about $500,000,000,000

Tactical and Strategic Economic Instruments of Mass Terror

Any economic means utilized in order to break enemy’s will to resist are in fact Economic Weaponry. Usage of economic means in battle existed throughout all the History of War. Economic blockades, for instance, have been always an integral part of “conventional” Economic Weaponry utilized in siege warfare of the past. This type of Economic Weaponry is proven to be extremely powerful as means of operation.

Economic blockade could become a devastating weaponry in total siege warfare. The most recent example in usage of “conventional” Economic Weaponry is the 900-day (1941-1944) economic blockade occurred in siege of the City of Leningrad (currently St. Petersburg, the Russian Federation) by Germans during World War II. More then 1.25 million people perished as a result of deprivations of food, energy, and other material necessities during the siege of the city.

In contrast, economic means as material of global strategy happened to be one of the latest perilous achievements of modern warfare. It greatly differs in scale from all types of economic means used in battles of the past. The very first, and almost accidental use of economic means as material of strategy was performed during the Arab-Israeli Conflict of 1973. It was initiated by the Arab Oil Producing States by imposing an embargo on oil exports to countries being friendly to Israel.

Surprisingly, the Arab Oil Producing States discovered new and extremely powerful strategic arms of modern warfare. The Arab cutbacks created a chain reaction of panic on the part of oil companies, consumers, oil traders, and some governments. The embargo on crude oil, that represented a loss of just less than 7 percent in world supply, turned into the major World Energy Crisis of 1973. It hit especially hard the National Economy and general population of the United States.

1973 was a historic year of the birth of strategic Economic Weaponry capable of manipulating foreign and domestic policies of sovereign States with their dependency on basic material necessities. It became self-evident that all basic necessities including production of food, clothing, shoes, housing, energy, medical supply, transportation, communication, entertainment, and etc. could be turned into strategic materials in modern warfare.

Accordingly, countries with a lack of basic material necessities became “economic hostages” of other countries who realized their strategic advantage by offering “cheap” basic material necessities as an integral part of International Trade. It also became evident, that any weak spot in production of basic material necessities could be taken advantage of with a price manipulation at a time of peace, and a potential threat of using lack of basic material necessities as Economic Weaponry against nations and states at a time of war.

Terrorist’s general line of attack consists of exhausting entire human and economic resources of the Nation by employing any available Instruments of Mass Terror. One of them is Economic Weaponry. Using it, terrorists expect the U.S. National Economy to collapse, and consequently, achieve their strategic goal to “wipe out from the World Map” the United States. The following are general strategic directions of using Economic Weaponry against the United States by International terrorists:

1. Damaging the National Economy to the point of breakdown by terrorist acts on the territory of the United States with conventional and unconventional weapons;

2. Ruining the United States financially with high cost damages inflicted by terrorist acts, pricey false alarms, expensive “one-man-hunt” military anti-terrorist operations, and etc.;

3. Jeopardizing the International Trade by destroying existing supply lines with terrorist acts on the ground, in air, on sea, in ports, and etc., including, but not limited to supply lines of basic material necessities imported by the United States from foreign countries;

4. Blackmailing foreign States, producers, and suppliers of basic material necessities with all sorts of punishments for both, political and economic ties with the United States;

5. Cyber-attacking U.S. networks on the Internet, compromising security of electronic transactions, jeopardizing E-commerce, counterfeiting U.S. dollars, and etc.

Selling our soul...

"In recent decades, America has exported millions of jobs to China while we've soaked up low-cost Chinese electronics, clothing and half the other stuff in Wal-Mart. It's low-cost mainly because Chinese workers toil for a fraction of what's paid to American workers. Because U.S. trade with China is mostly a one-way street - they make, we take - China has billions of our dollars to use against us any time it wants. Even as the lopsided balance of trade undermines our economy, bargain-happy Americans sell our soul by buying from China."
