Have You Hugged an Islamo-Fascist Today?

"Liberals believe in burning the American flag, urinating on crucifixes and passing out birth control pills to 11-year-olds without telling their parents – but God forbid an infidel touch a Quran at Guantanamo."

Have You Hugged an Islamo-Fascist Today?
By Ann Coulter

College liberals are in a fit of pique because various speakers are coming to their campuses this week as part of David Horowitz's Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week – not to be confused with Islamo-Fascism Appreciation Week, which I believe is in April. Apparently, liberals support Islamo-fascism. Continued...

U.S. Ideological Civil War - To fight or not to fight Terror

"Trouble is, everything Geyer writes about the aftermath of Vietnam is a lie."

Clio, the Muse of History
The "useful Art" of painting by Dutch Painter Jan Vermeer (1632-1675)
The central figure of Clio, the Muse of History in Greek Mythology, is crowned in laurel, symbolizing honor and glory, holds a trumpet, symbolizing fame, and demurely holds a book, the symbol of her craft.

Relearning lessons of Vietnam
by Joseph Farah

t's funny how two people can read the same thing and come away with two strikingly different conclusions of it. Like veteran columnist Georgie Anne Geyer, I, too, read the current issue of Foreign Policy magazine with its 40-year-old memo about Vietnam, which the editors suggest contains lessons about our current quagmire in Iraq.

But, unlike Geyer, I have not allowed revisionist historians to impose their version of Vietnam on me. Continued...

The Blind Mind of the Nation

“Generalizations are shadows of Reality, and manifestation of a blind human mind.” - Boris Tiraspolsky, Quotations and Maxims

U.S. Capitol

The Blind Mind of the Nation
By Boris Tiraspolsky

Theoretically speaking, the U.S. Congress is supposed to be the collective Mind of the Nation. The Congress should have a precise realistic Vision of “a more perfect” Future for the Nation. In his own turn President needs the Political Will to lead the Nation through all historic difficulties and obstacles to that “more perfect”  Future.

In reality the collective Mind of the Nation - the Democratic-controled Congress - is absolutely blind. Moreover, it is deaf, and incapable of hearing independent voices of reason screaming and yelling to stop the Nation from slouching into abyss, the blind Congress cannot see. Thank God the Nation still has the President with a strong Political Will, and irrevocable commitment “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States“!

How many times all of us recently heard generalizations by members of the Congress: “the American people want this”, “the American people demand that”, “the American people voted against the war”? In order to cover these meaningless clichés, Democrats shamelessly add the word “majority”. The latter creates even stronger misleading generalizations that “the majority of the American people” is always right. Thus Democrats in the Congress justify their pushing the Nation to defeat in battle.

Currently, any rational independent thought in America is doomed to be a part of a “minority” and in opposition to the blind Congress. This historic model could be hardly considered productive even at a time of Peace. Generalizations in the name of the American people facing ideologically charged enemy with Weapons of Mass Destruction are misleading the Nation in seeing the Truth about itself and recognizing perilous reality of the War on Terror.

The blind and deaf Congress along with confused “majority of the American people” need to learn that a national debate representing opposite views in combating Terrorism is a legitimate exercise in “freedom of speech“ at a time of peace. At a time of total terrorist war waged against the Nation, the very same debate turns into U.S. Ideological Civil War between American patriots and ideological collaborators with enemy. No more GWOT, House committee decrees

The House Armed Services Committee is banishing the global war on terror from the 2008 defense budget. This is not because the war has been won, lost or even called off, but because the committee’s Democratic leadership doesn’t like the phrase. Continued...

Our independence, not our interdependence.

"The United Nations is not just, as many Americans suspect, a group of incompetent busybodies. It is, instead, a global criminal enterprise determined to shift power away from individuals and sovereign nation-states to a small band of unaccountable international elites."

Bin Laden: mujahidins in Iraq committed mistakes

"If one reviews the public statements of Bin Laden, at least since 1996, this would be the first time he would talk about the Jihadists’ mistakes, not the errors by Muslim rulers in general: Now these are his own fighters who are at fault."

A Caliph's frustration with his emirs
By Walid Phares

Yes, Bin Laden’s latest audiotape aired on al Jazeera is somewhat unique. Not in its ideological party line or in the Salafi doctrinal roots. That hasn’t changed nor is it expected to. Surely, in a previous speech he inserted some neo Marxist and Trotskyite stuff; but that was part of his “American” rhetoric, and possibly at the request of his Gringo advisers. Today’s audio wasn’t concerned about Berkeley’s approval but was dedicated to whip the chaotic commanders of Jihad in Iraq. Usama’s message was more so the expression of a frustrated (self appointed) “Caliph” trying to reign in on his emirs gone wild in the deserts of Middle Earth. The “Lord” is upset with how al Qaeda Iraq has administered the struggle, the people and the image. Incredibly, the number one of al Qaeda said the ????????? “Mujahidins” in Iraq committed ????? “mistakes.” Continued...

Hate speech and Islamic jihad

Why Islamic Fascists Get Away With Hate Speech
By Mike S. Adams

When, in class one day, a student said that “hate speech” was not free speech, I asked him the following: “Can you even define hate speech?” After a long silence, I assured him that I, too, was unable to define hate speech. But, since then, I think I have come up with a suitable definition that helps me understand both the failure of speech codes and the success of Islamic terrorism. Continued...

U.S. Anti-Terrorist System of Defense

"Predominant majority of buildings - public and private are not secure enough, and there will be an arbitrary number of casualties among civilians at some point of imminent homeland battle with Terror. The Nation is indeed under terrorist siege with systematic and persistent efforts by terrorist-aggressors to attack and destroy defensive structures, economy, and the civilian society of the United States." - Boris Tiraspolsky

European medieval town-fortress
 __________________________________

"My house is my castle"
Historical prototype of U.S. anti-terrorist country-citadel

Earlier period in formation of modern European towns was based on a need for a place to trade, religious holidays, development of crafts, and all sorts of entertainments. However, first and foremost old European towns provided a better security for local populations living in small villages surrounded these towns, while being attacked by enemies, or armed bandits.

European countries being a Historic Stage of incessant wars during two last millenniums developed an architectural and military engineering design of a town surrounded by ramparts, rows of outside and rows of inner walls, towers, battlements, end etc. That was a town-citadel with a main purpose to preserve, protect and defend own local population.

Old European towns still reflect a need for security of own populations constantly looking for protection against all sorts of evil forces in the past. "Watch towers", east, west, south, north “gates” “walls”, “ramparts", divisions on "upper town", “lower town", “cities” along with narrow street passages are live rudiments of common fortifications of the past.

There is another typical detail in the design of historic parts of old European towns: almost every house was constructed as a small "fortress" of its own. And every house in town-citadel was a small "castle". The paramount of security in old European town-citadels was inner city and/or castle of Sovereign also surrounded by protective walls.

Locations for inner cities and/or sovereign’s castles were usually chosen on a high hill or a cliff. They were separate “impregnable” fortresses within town-citadels. Inner cities and castles were surrounded with highest walls and towers, had an independent supply of provisions and water, and, of course, additional shelters for people needed protection.

U.S. homeland battle with Terror compels to imitate the described above old-fashioned model of European town-citadel, but expanding it to the entire North American realm. The whole country has to be looked at as one anti-terrorist citadel capable to withstand a long term unconventional terrorist siege warfare with potential use of Weapons of Mass Destruction against the U.S. population. (Read more...)

The modern terrorist warfare with extraordinary siege of entire states calls for U.S. Anti-Terrorist System with a layer of lines of anti-terrorist defense.  That  requires developing suitable extended contra-siege fortifications and comprehensive contra-siege techniques necessary for creation of a gigantic anti-terrorist “country-citadel“. (Read more...)

It is possible that some lines of the U.S. anti-terrorist System of Defense may fail. It is also possible that some of them may be not perfect enough, and new more perfect anti-terrorist lines of defense will be developed in the future. However, it is categorically wrong and impracticable not to have them at all in battle with Terror on the American soil.

Ideological attack by actor Sean Penn

It's a country [Iraq] of human beings
whose lives that were once oppressed by Saddam are
now in Dante's Inferno."  -
Sean Penn

Sean Penn is an accomplished actor,
and he is skillfully using basic Ideological Instruments of Performing Arts
to impact minds of the American people not to fight Terror.
Listen  Hear an excerpt of Penn’s anti-anti-terrorist war speech

Among other basic Ideological Instruments that Sean Penn is
utilizing in his powerful ideological attack against the War on Terror are
the comparison of Iraq with Inferno of Divine Comedy by
great Italian poet Dante Alliguery (1265 -1321)

Image:Dante-alighieri.jpg
Dante painted by Giotto

Divine Comedy by Dante is considered to be
the greatest ever written poetic work in the history of the Western Civilization.
It is a poem of a human courage and dream of the "more perfect" Future that
is directly related to an idea of everlasting peace, prosperity, and joy of
the Golden Age of the Mankind.

When Sean Penn compares the current situation in Iraq with Dante's Inferno,
he automatically turnes "useful" Dante's poetry against himself.
As a true masterpiece, Dante's Inferno opens a prospective for
a better life for the Mankind.
In contrast, total terrorist warfare has only prospective of
a total annihilation of the Mankind.

A big problem for Democrats
by Joseph Farah

A ranking Democrat has finally admitted what we all should have realized.

The worst nightmare for part of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid would be victory for the U.S. in Iraq.

In an interview with the Washington Post, James Clyburn, D-South Carolina and the House Democratic whip, was asked what his party would do if Gen. David Patraeus reports in September that the surge strategy is working very, very well.

"Well, that would be a real big problem for us, no question about that," said Clyburn. Continued...

Historical Models of Modern Anti-Terrorist Fortifications

Two original historical models in building wall fortifications:

The Great Wall of China - beautiful Instrument of "useful Art"
and another historic model of fortifications left by
the vanished Empire of Evil - Soviet Union

The Berlin Wall "beautified" with graffiti - ugly Instrument of the Cold War

What do Tijuana, Baghdad and Jerusalem have in common? They all have walls that divide neighbors, cause controversy and form part of an array of physical barriers around the world that dwarf the late, unlamented Iron Curtain. There are walls, fences, trenches and berms. Some are reinforced by motion detectors, heat-sensing cameras, X-ray systems, night-vision equipment, helicopters, drones and blimps. Some are still under construction, some in the planning stage. When completed, the barriers will run thousands of miles, in places as far apart as Mexico and India, Afghanistan and Spain, Morocco and Thailand, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. When completed, the barriers will run thousands of miles, in places as far apart as Mexico and India, Afghanistan and Spain, Morocco and Thailand, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. They are meant to keep job-hungry immigrants, terrorists and smugglers out, thwart invaders, and keep antagonists apart. Their proponents cite the proverb "Good fences make good neighbors" but critics say they are a paradoxical result of globalization in so far as goods and capital can move freely but migrants cannot. By an irony of history, the United States -- the country that hastened the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 -- has emerged as a champion wall builder. Continued...
